💵Booking Fee
All bookings require a 50% appointment value, NON refundable booking fee, I’m unfortunately unable to book in a space without one if you haven’t sent over or dropped off your booking fee, I may give the slot away to someone else so please message and double check the time is still available. Your booking fee is none refundable and none transferable, however on an occasion where I have to cancel it will be transferred to another date and time. I operate with a NO REFUND policy. Appointments that are cancelled by the salon, alternative dates and times to suit the client will be given. I am just a small business and things do come up which means sometimes appointments do need to be changed.

⏰Timing
Please arrive ON TIME or 5 MINS EARLY for your appointment as I’m normally back to back and don’t have time to run late. If you are more than 5 minutes late i may have to alter the appointment or will have to turn you away if I don’t have time. Unfortunately this will still have to be charged due to time being wasted.
❌Cancellation policy
I completely understand that things come up sometimes and you may need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try and fill the space! Cancellations LESS than 48 hours prior WILL require a FULL payment. Booking fees are none refundable.
👭Attending your apointment
Please attend your apointment on your own unless you are under 16 years. We are just a small salon & don’t have room to have other people waiting.
👧🏼 Age restrictions
Anyone under the age of 16 MUST Be accompanied by an adult
💷REFUND:
We DO NOT issue refunds, in the circumstance I have to cancel your appointment, alternative dates and times fo suit the client will be given.
